Ordered $550 worth of MC tires. Got a shipping notice within a day or two. Began tracking shipment progress via tracking number provided (FedEx). After 5 days of movement, updates stopped after leaving last known location of Hutchins, Texas. Contacting J&P numerous times have thus far failed to yield either 1) purchased MC tires or 2) refund of purchase back to my credit card. These folks either don't know what they're doing or simply don't care (I personally feel it is the latter). BEWARE

All started on sunday ordered 2 Dunlop elite tires. Front and rear no problem 1 to 2 days shipped in stock. Boom, order them. Along comes Tues night 6pm no email no text, so I call j&p cycle. Get hung up on twice trying to get off hold for 6 to 10 min each time. 3 rd time someone finally answers, so I ask if the 1 to 2 days shipped is bs and he says we woundn't be in business if it was. So I ask him what day Tuesday is of the week and he says he says 1 to 2 means shipped not received. Then ask my order # and puts me on hold. After a few minutes he comes back on and says warehouse is really busy and backed up and if I don't here something by tomorrow night call back. So Wed night email order shipped arrive Thurs. Thursday 1147 fed ex drops off 1 Dunlop front 1 Shinxing rear saran wrapped together WTF. I call J&P again 15 min later guy tells me I have to buy another tire in order to receive on by Fri Overnighted on them (35$) supposedly UPS?. And pre pay and drop off wrong tire at ups and send to them WTF. So Fri 9 am they receive there tire( yes I tracked it) 6pm still no delivery, so I call J&P again girl answers so cant blown up, she says warehouse really busy and really behind so if its shipped out that night because they use ups it would be Monday. ( GLAD THEY DIDNT USE FED EX WHO DELIVER 7DAYS) SO Mon here comes my tire finally. But now they have 750 of my dollars, I call J&P again well guess what the good ole guy in the WAREHOUSE has to get back to me in a week or so with a email and a determination on how much to refund me. WTF SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED TO WORK IN THE WAREHOUSE THEY MAKE ALL THE DECISIONS WTF OVER NEVER AGAIN

Customer service manager tried to keep my refund after I paid the shipping to return items purchased

I paid to ship items I ordered back to them because it was missing parts. They couldn't send me a shipping label cause it's being shipped out of Hawaii. ( from chat rep) So I paid the shipping. Shipped it out May 25 UPS tracking notification delivered to J & P Cycle on June 2. Customer service manager said it was never received and it's June 18. Lie! When I spoke to the manager he lied about everything and questions me how do they know if I really did put the items in the box. What kind of company says that to a customer. My answer " ask the employee who opened the box" The customer service manager is a con artist tried to keep my refund from me. Never ordering from J & P Cycle AGAIN! Find a honest company that respects its customers, don't order from this company. On their website customer service is a top priority. THAT DEPARTMENT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT BOSSES! Customer service manager didn't want to help me because it's a Friday night and it's late on June 18. (Exactly how he said it to me) I did send them an email that morning but they don't respond, so I had to go onto the online service chat to get help and it was later on in the day. I had to track down any help. Again top customer service is a false. Best way to get answers is on the chat line. Don't you think as a customer I've been waiting long enough for my refund! I would like to say the managers name but I'll just leave his initials DR.

Don't waste your time and money

Only giving J&P cycles a one star only because it requires me to write a review. I would definitely rate this business a -5 star. Previously had shopped with J&P in the past. This time! Will definitely be my last I ever do business with J&P bull$#*! cycles again. Purchased a tire for my bike on the 25th of May. The site stated the tire was in stock, it would take 3-4 business days to ship. I called on the 1st of June they stated they would ship it out that day or the next day after. Not shipped. I called on the 3rd, they said there was a back order and got the tire on the 28th. They said my order was top priority and was going to ship out that day. It was not sent. I called on the 4th, they said they don't understand why it wasn't shipped out but the order was top priority and was going to be shipped out ASAP. It's the 5th of June, the order has not been shipped out. Please... if you can, I'm telling you from experience with this company! Do your research and find another company to purchase from! J&P cycles are crooks and gives two $#*!s about customers.

i was told that the part was in stock…

i was told that the part was in stock and if i ordered now i would get it so i ordered the item a open belt drive from BDL not the cheapest item either and i talked to a guys from jpcycles on the webchat and they said than that it would be shipped either the same day which was a Friday or on the comming monday , than on Monday i reached out to them agin over the webchat than i was told maybe i got the item or maybe not not a real answer either way i was told that if i got the last item in stock this was the replay (will take 1-2 business days to process then 2-4 business days to be shipped to the main warehouse but we cannot guarantee it incase it gets damaged, lost etc.) if i dont get the last one in stock it will take ages since BDL has the item on backorder as well adn they wont get it before end of june , the messed up part is that i planned on buying this item from denniskirk which had a waiting time 2-4 days but even whit the golden membership at jpcycles the item is still cheaper about 250 dollars whit shipping at denniskirk , only reason why i ordered from jpcycles is that it was in stock and i was told it would ship friday and worst case monday , but than on monday i was told that no one was working since it was a holiday thats great , this will be my last order from this site to much nonsense and btw it takes ages to get a answer from them on mail just forget it go to the webchat you wont get any real answer on your Questions but they answer at least.

Ordered 02 sensors for customers harley-davidson, 8 days later they are waiting for parts to come from elsewhere. How do you sell something you don't have. I'm fed up.will take legal actions.

I ordered handle bars on 5-11- 21 for my 98 road king which when I ordered was in stock, the page says will ship within 3-5 days, 2 weeks later still no handle bars, called them, customer service said they would not ship out until sometime in AUG, I requested a refund, they said they could not give a refund because it was being processed in the warehouse, and that was a bunch of BULL , I called 4 times and each time it was the same story, that they would not give a refund, What they hope is that you will get tired of calling and give up, Well I will not, This way when they finally ship this item and you don't what it they have you ship it back at your cost and probably restocking fees, So if you ever buy from them make sure you use a credit card so you can call your bank and have them get a refund for you, BUYER BEWARE,

Ordered tires from them used the chart…

Ordered tires from them used the chart provided and still got the wrong tires, sent message and have not replied back, and not only that ordered on Canadian website finding out there is no such web

Motorcycle Tires

This is one on the worse companies we have ever dealt with, my husband ordered tires thinking it was out of Canada and find out it is only in US, that is false advertising and had to pay duty on the tires and then they take them to the wrong house, never ever will buy from these a**holes again.

Bad Business Practise

I ordered a set of tires for $344.24. They put a pre authorization hold on my bank for that amount TWICE. Three days later they shipped the tires but they hold on $688.48 was still on my account. I understand putting a hold on the amount of the purchase but twice seems fraudulent to me. I called them and was told that was their normal business practice and eventually the second hold would be release. I will never order anything from them again.

Used to like J&P

Used to like J&P, until, they became the "Item Temporarily Unavailable" place. Seems a majority of the items I look up to to check price and possibly order has that message pop up. Too bad. Used to spend $$ at J&P, but now my spending there will be "temporarily unavailable".

HD mirrors

I ordered mirrors for my HD on the Canadian website. The price on my visa was considerable more as it was in US dollars, which I was not aware of. The shipment was delayed by a month. Then I had to pay a customs charge, which I was not aware of.
This is by far the worst company to deal with.

No problems here

I see a lot of negative reviews, but my experience with J&P Cycles was great! Prices were decent, shipping was fast, and the parts were correct. As long as they continue to do these three things, I'll keep coming back.

Will never buy from JP Cycles again.

I will never buy anything from JP Cycles again. I ordered a pair of winter gloves from them. I received a package maybe five days later. Inside was an invoice with the gloves as the stated item. But no gloves. Instead they sent me some kind of turn signal kit. I called customer service. They apologized and emailed me a return label and said they would ship the gloves. I returned the turn signal kit and more than two weeks went by. No gloves. I called customer service again and couldn't get through. I emailed them and no response. A few days after that I get through to customer service and explain the situation. She sees that the order has not been shipped and next day airs it to me. This was Sunday so I got the gloves on Tuesday. When I opened the package the gloves still had the anti-theft device that retail stores use on clothing. The kind you need a special key to get over. Absolutely rediculous. It took a little over a month to get the gloves. I have had much better experiences with revzilla and will go there from now on

The trick to this answer is, once it's been processed in their warehouse! Our return has been sitting in their warehouse for a week waiting to be processed! Unacceptable!
